In case the mailbox is sealed to prevent flyers, please remove the tape.

How to open the delivery box password
Upon delivery, your courier will place your parcel in a vacant delivery box and set a one-time password for your collection.
The information regarding the delivery box number and the password will be written on a delivery slip, which will be placed in your postbox.
Once you receive a notification of successful delivery, please check the delivery slip to access your delivery box.
What to Do If:
The courier forgets to leave a delivery slip / password:

The courier provides a delivery slip, but the password is incorrect:
→ Please contact your courier to verify and confirm the correct password.
Why isn't my parcel being delivered to the delivery boxes?
Delivery Boxes are Full: The delivery boxes are shared among all residents. If they are full, the courier won't be able to leave your parcel in one. In this case, you will need to arrange a new delivery date and time with the courier for face-to-face collection.
Item Too Large: If the parcel is too large for the delivery box, it will not be placed there. Please contact your courier to schedule a date and time for face-to-face collection.
