The mailboxes are located in the 1st-floor lobby. To open your mailbox, please hold your room key close to the sensor. 

Note: The temporary key from the Key Station (used for your initial move-in) will not work. Please use the official room key found inside your apartment.

Additionally, the mail slot may be sealed with tape to prevent unwanted flyers. If it is taped shut, please feel free to peel off the tape and use the slot as normal.

郵便ポストは1階のロビーにあります。

お部屋の鍵をセンサーに近づけると自動的に郵便ボックスが開きます。

※ご入居当日のキーステーションの鍵では作動しません。お部屋に入室いただき、お部屋の鍵でかざしてください。

チラシ差し入れ防止のため、郵便ポストの差入口がテープで閉じられている場合があります。その場合は、テープを剥がしてお使いください。

The delivery lockers are located in the same area as the mailboxes.

To open your locker, please switch the panel to the "Package" icon and hold your room key close to the sensor. The door will then unlock automatically.

宅配ボックスは郵便ポストと同じ場所にございます。

パネルを荷物アイコンに切り替え、お部屋の鍵をセンサーに近づけると自動的に宅配ボックスが開きます。

Why isn't my parcel being delivered to the delivery boxes?

Delivery Boxes are Full: The delivery boxes are shared among all residents. If they are full, the courier won't be able to leave your parcel in one. In this case, you will need to arrange a new delivery date and time with the courier for face-to-face collection.

Item Too Large: If the parcel is too large for the delivery box, it will not be placed there. Please contact your courier to schedule a date and time for face-to-face collection.

荷物が宅配ボックスに届かない時は

＜宅配ボックスが満杯の場合＞

宅配ボックスは入居者皆様の共有の設備です。ボックスが満杯の場合、配達員はお荷物を入れることが出来ません。 この場合は配達員と直接連絡をとり、対面での受取日時をご調整してください。また、他の方の利用の妨げとならないよう、お荷物は早めに受け取っていただくよう、ご協力ください。

＜お荷物が大きすぎる場合＞

お荷物が宅配ボックスに入らないサイズの場合、対面での受取が必要となります。配達員に連絡を取り、対面での受取日時をご調整ください。
