The mailbox is located in the main entrance.
To open the mailbox, please the the key sensor.
The delivery box is in the same location as mailbox. You will be able to open it with your keys or with the deliver code left by the mailperson (we are unable to open the delivery box so please be careful not to lose your
delivery code)
郵便受けはエントランスにございます。郵便受けを開ける際は、鍵をキーセンサーにかざしてお開けください。
宅配ボックスは郵便受けと同じ場所にございます。開ける際は、キーセンサーに鍵をかざしてお開けください。または郵便配達者から受け取る番号を入力してください。(我々は開けることができない為、配達番号をお忘れなきよう、お願いいたします。)

Step 1:
Select “Receive”
「受取」を選択してください。
If you have any packages, your room number will be displayed in the ”INFO” section.
お預かり荷物がある場合、”INFO”欄に部屋番号が表示されます
Step 2:
Input room number and PIN number
(Pin number can be found on your move-in instructions)
「部屋番号」と「暗証番号」を入力してください。入居前の案内メールに、暗証番号が記載されています。
Step 3:
Once your input is complete, only the delivery box assigned to you will open automatically.
入力が完了すると、指定された宅配ボックスだけ自動で開きますので、宅配物をお受け取りください。

Delivery Boxes are Full: The delivery boxes are shared among all residents. If they are full, the courier won't be able to leave your parcel in one. In this case, you will need to arrange a new delivery date and time with the courier for face-to-face collection.
Item Too Large: If the parcel is too large for the delivery box, it will not be placed there. Please contact your courier to schedule a date and time for face-to-face collection.

＜宅配ボックスが満杯の場合＞
宅配ボックスは入居者皆様の共有の設備です。ボックスが満杯の場合、配達員はお荷物を入れることが出来ません。 この場合は配達員と直接連絡をとり、対面での受取日時をご調整してください。また、他の方の利用の妨げとならないよう、お荷物は早めに受け取っていただくよう、ご協力ください。
＜お荷物が大きすぎる場合＞
お荷物が宅配ボックスに入らないサイズの場合、対面での受取が必要となります。配達員に連絡を取り、対面での受取日時をご調整ください。
