Step 1: 

Touch the delivery box touch panel.

・You may change to your preferred language at the top right corner. (English/Japanese)

・Your room number will be shown on the screen if your parcel has been kept in the delivery box.

画面を指で押して、荷物を取り出すボタンを押してください。

Step 2:  

To retrieve your parcel, you will be required to input the password as written in the guidebook in your room.

「取り出す」アイコンを押していただき、お部屋の取り扱い説明書ファイルに記載されている配達ボックスの暗証番号を入力ください。入力次第、配達員に指定された配達ボックスが開きます。
