Welcome to WANDER (“the Game”), a mobile application developed and operated in Saudi Arabia. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WANDER, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use WANDER. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

• By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

2. Accounts

• Players may create an account consisting of a username and password. No email address is required.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

• WANDER offers in-app purchases, including player icons and subscriptions to remove ads.

• All purchases are processed through the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). WANDER does not store payment information.

• Purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with your platform provider’s instructions.

4. Advertisements

• WANDER displays advertisements. Players may remove ads by purchasing a subscription.

• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.

• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Game’s servers or networks.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts violating these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content in WANDER, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, software, and trademarks, is owned by the developer and protected under intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WANDER for personal entertainment only.

7. Multiplayer and Leaderboards

• WANDER includes public matchmaking, private matches, and leaderboards.

• We may moderate or adjust leaderboard results to ensure fairness.

• We reserve the right to remove players who attempt to manipulate rankings.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• WANDER is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use WANDER, including loss of progress, data, or purchases.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
