**REGISTRATION OPENS AUGUST 1!!!**
Registration for Term 1 ASA's will open via the Activities Office on August 1st at 12:00 noon. Registration is FREE. In the event of a cancelled session or absence, make-up sessions will not be offered.
Christmas Singers is intended for students in Grades 3, 4, and 5 who love singing Christmas music! This is a popular short-term ASA with only 5 rehearsals before a series of Christmas performances. Please note that you should not register for this ASA if you have already committed to another full-term ASA at 3:00pm on Fridays. Since space is limited, please only sign up your student with their enthusiastic consent and if they can commit to all five rehearsals (with the exception of those returning from camp) and all three performances.
This is NOT the same ensemble as our UP Choir which meets on Tuesdays. Christmas Singers rehearsals are on Fridays from 3:00-4:00pm in UP 101.

Change of Regular 4pm Dismissal
One-off Private car pick-up change request - should be submitted through the "Change of Regular 4pm dismissal system", 24 hours in advance of the class. There is no need to email the bus company, ASA Providers, Activities Office or your child's Classroom Teacher. Performances:
December 2 at the Tai Tam Campus Plaza (HKIS Tree Lighting Ceremony)
-Please send your student to school with their Festive Christmas attire and an extra afternoon snack
-Students will be bussed from RB to TT at 3:15pm for a dress rehearsal. Please let your Monday 3:00 and/or 4:00pm providers know that your student will not be in attendance, if applicable.
-The event begins at 5:00pm and will end at approximately 6:30pm.
-Please note that you are responsible for your own transportation home from this event.
-Please plan to come and go by public transportation or taxi as there is no parking on campus.
December 8 at the Church of All Nations (Sunday Service)
-10:00am call time, 10:30am service begins
-The service will last approximately an hour.

Performance Attire: Festive Christmas!
Please be mindful that our performance on December 8 is part of a Sunday service. "Sunday Best" clothing is most appropriate. Please avoid sweatpants and gym shorts.
The December 2 performance at Tai Tam Campus Plaza will be outside. Warm clothing is advised.
