The American Red Cross made this video about Elementary Backstroke and we think it's one of the best ones made for learning how to swim it. You can see from under the water, and they sometimes use slow motion to make sure everything is easier to understand. We hope you have a look, and see for yourself!
Our swimming friends at SwimSim in Singapore have shared a great way to practice Elementary Backstroke even if we can't be in the water. They said that they made this video "to assist swimmers to recall and practice swimming stroke techniques, so that they will be able to return to swimming in great condition." We love that and say 'thank you so much SwimSim!'. Now let's try their four exercises!
At Academy Swim Club they're having lots of fun showing how they swim Elementary Backstroke. Now that's how it's done!
