Ticket Sales: Thursday, April 6th and Friday, April 7th during all lunches
What do I need to bring to the ticket table?
The completed table request form -- You must have 12 people to reserve a table. Groups of less than 10 will be seated together but with another group as well.
A permission form for every person at the PROM table. You must have your parent’s signature even if you are 18. Guests -- from other schools or non-high school students -- must also have a waiver. Guests will need to be approved in the dean's office BEFORE you may buy a ticket. ALL FORMS CAN BE FOUND BELOW.
Payments for everyone in your group.
A post prom waiver for every person in your group attending POST PROM. Download the Post Prom Waiver; you must have your parent's signature even if you are 18. Guests from other schools or non-high school students must also have a waiver.

For PROM: $100 to HCHS with Class of 2017 on the Memo LIne
For POST PROM: $35 to HCHS PTO with Post Prom 2017 on the Memo Line

PROM SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
6:15 PM Pre Prom Paparazzi (photo opportunity for families)
7:00 PM Check-in at HCHS for assigned motor coach
7:15 PM Departure to Navy Pier, Chicago
8:00 PM Arrival at The Crystal Garden
8:30 PM Dinner served
9:15 PM Dancing begins
10:00 PM Ferris Wheel
12:00 AM Last Dance
Board Midnight Buses (if not attending Post Prom)
12:00 AM Post Prom Cruise
2:30 AM Cruise returns; motor coaches leave for HCHS
3:30 AM Estimated arrival at HCHS
