Home and School 

The Hinds School Home and School Committee 

welcomes you to Hinds School.

The Hinds Home and School is a group of parents who enjoy being actively involved in our school. We provide support to the school community in areas such as learning tools for classrooms, financial assistance to swimming lessons, funding the sports tops, food packages for families going through a hard time and our Halloween and Matariki evenings.

We fundraise throughout the year to be able to provide the wonderful support that we do. Our main fundraising efforts are through our Pea Straw sales, catering opportunities, BBQ lunches and community events. 

We hold monthly meetings which are a great way of gaining an understanding of our Home & School committee. Please feel free to come along at any stage. It is a wonderful way to meet new parents at the school.
