In this PSA, deforestation is addressed through the comparison of its effects on nature to human life. This is done by showcasing the similarities between humans and animals in their daily lives in order to highlight how absurd the rationalization of deforestation is. One of the parallels included within the story is a mother pushing her child in a stroller and a mother bird bringing food to her chicks. Since the Industrial Revolution, deforestation has become an increasingly pressing issue. Deforestation leads to the degradation of native species, pollinators, and agricultural potential. Additionally, it increases greenhouse gas emissions and encourages flooding, which comes as a benefit to no one.
