The last week of the internship, I am ready to end it with a presentation this week I wrapped up my anatomy project with the last thing on my agenda which was an edible spine project as well as get my slides ready for Friday the last day or IPOL day. After my project, I helped around the classroom that am assigned to as well as doing my regular schedule for the mornings. At home, I worked on my slides getting them finalized for Friday and getting photos taken so I could use them in my slide show. Friday is rolling around the corner as I get my slides ready I get an email from one of the teachers named Zach that sent an email saying he wanted to check if the time worked out to schedule the IPOL for 9:30 am on Friday (2/9/2024). It was Friday I got my slides prepared to practice them with my mentor as well as just setting up chairs next I heard a doorbell ring it was Zach and four sophomores. Next, I gave my presentation, and it went well I also gave a tour before they left for their next site visit. How do I feel about returning to class I feel great. I don't anticipate a different experience of school, and I look forward to playing the piano as well as seeing what the tree house experience is like. I see myself missing the people and the kids at the internship. The advice I would pass on to future interns is to always not be afraid to ask questions as it is the key to getting success at your internships. The most important skill is not to be afraid to communicate with others, and not to be afraid to ask other people at your internship if they need help. A student can develop these skills prior to the beginning of their internships by asking teachers, and peers for help if they need it to build communication skills.
