Uniform Complaint Policy & Procedures

HTH developed the Uniform Complaint Policy ("UCP") pursuant to Title 5, California Code of Regulations, §§ 4600-4687 and consistent with policies and procedures adopted by the HTH Board of Directors. This UCP shall apply only to those certain complaints that fall within the scope of the UCP and are applicable to charter schools. It does not apply to complaints arising from the employment relationship, which are separately addressed by HTH’s employment policies and practices through the Human Resources Department.
