Summer Reading Lists
Summer Reading Lists from Mrs. Neville and Mrs. Kalan
Each year, we make recommended reading lists to help support your children in continuing to read throughout the summer. While none of these books are required, summer reading is FUN and keeps kids' brains and vocabularies sharp!
The books are compiled as Amazon Wish Lists complete with descriptions of each title. That way, if you want to purchase anything, it's as easy as the click of a button. Don’t forget to use your Amazon Smile account to earn $ for HPA!
You can also download books from your public library with the Libby app, purchase from your local book store, or shop online at Book Shop, which supports local book stores.
Each grade-level list has age-appropriate suggestions including fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and graphic novels to give you a wonderful variety to choose from. This year, we’ve also including a “Rising Kindergarten” list for the first time ever. We made them all JUMBO sized too, because we figured extra options might be extra useful. 🙂
