AFFILIATION AGREEMENT
The completion of a Hawaii State Department of Education Affiliation
Agreement (AA) verifies that a program has permission to place
candidates seeking practicum hours in a school or office.
Preparation programs listed in the EDUCATOR and NON-EDUCATOR tabs
on the left menu bar have been approved to work with schools and offices
to place candidates.

Speech-Language Pathologist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Social Worker, Nurse
THE AFFILIATION AGREEMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO:
Department employees enrolled in a preparation program;
Public Charter School settings; and
Non-United States citizen candidates or programs.
