Syllabus 2022-2023
As a student in Mrs. Finches class, each student will be expected to work towards goals set on their IEP. Therefore curriculum and assignments will be differentiated for each student. Additionally we will work towards TEKs set for each grade level.
The first few weeks of school will be spent doing placement testing and making sure IEPs are appropriate for each student. My hope is that each student has an understanding of their IEP goals at the beginning of the school year and will learn to work towards accomplishing that goal.
Curriculum used:
Reading/ELA - We will read through several books this year including Where the Red Fern Grows, Secret Garden, and A Day No Pigs Would Die. We will also do writing and grammar practice daily.
Math/Alg/Geometry- This will be IEP goal centered for each student using grade level curriculum to support.
