My name is Ryder Needham and this my fourth year teaching and coaching for Hico ISD. I graduated from Hico in 2014 and received my bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University in 2018. As an alumnus, getting the opportunity to give back to the community that helped make me who I am is very special to me. I look forward to having a great year and spending time with each and every one of my students.
