There will be a blue Responsibility Card in the students' folder that will be replaced every week. This is where unacceptable behavior will be documented, please check daily and initial if marked.

If a student receives a signature on their blue sheet then a parent or guardian must initial and return the next day - or an additional consequence will be assessed.

 SIGNING CONSEQUENCES 

SIGNINGS IN ONE WEEK

1 signature = warning

2 signatures = lunch detention

3 signatures = lunch detention & call home

4 signatures or more = office referral

Students will receive, at a minimum, 9 daily grades and 2 test grades per 6 weeks. 

100-90 = A

89-80 = B

79-70 = C

69-0 = F
