2023-2024 is my first year at HCAM but this is my 6th year with Hickory Public Schools.  HCAM has so many exciting opportunities for students and I am proud to be a part of it.

I began college experience at Wilkes Community College.  Later, I attended Appalachian State where I got my Bachelor's and Master's degrees.  Go Mountaineers!

I have been married to my best friend, Stephenie, for 23 years and we have an amazing 22 year old daughter, Willow, who is in the Vet Tech program at App State.

This year I am teaching Earth and Environmental Science (including Honors) and Physical Science.
