After this extensive research (that is reported in the next section of this paper), we agreed on the key elements for an app/digital system to have in order to succeed in tracing a pandemic outbreak and minimize its effects.

Neither can we expect a wide adoption of the solution out of civic sense, especially in some European cultures we closely know;
