Call for Applications – 10th Cohort
The prestigious Idit Fellowship Program at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Haifa, is a flagship initiative designed to support and empower a select cohort of exceptional doctoral students. Its objective is to foster the development of future leaders in the field of social science research.
Jointly supported by the Faculty and the Advanced Studies Authority, the program aims to advance research excellence with a strong emphasis on applied methodologies in computational social science.
What we offer
Annual Stipend: ILS 70,000 for four years.supervisor, stipend of ILS 10,000 by the Faculty) for a period of four years.
Academic Support: Monthly seminars, an annual conference, and administrative help.
Mentorship: Individualized mentoring by senior faculty.
Collaboration: Mandatory weekly in-person group meetings.
What we are looking for
Enrollment: Commencing Ph.D. studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences in October 2026.
Background: Outstanding thesis-based master's degree. (Computational social science background is an advantage).
