Healthy Lifestyle is something each and any of us should know about. The steps for achieving a healthy lifestyle are pretty hard, but they’re achievable.
This topic is divided into 3 parts:
Healthy diet is one of the most memorable of them all. A Healthy Diet is eating food from every column of the food pyramid. Starting with the Breakfast which can’t be skipped, because when you wake up your body needs to get nutrition so your muscles,brain will work normally. For breakfast you should eat eggs,sausages,yoghurt, maybe some grains. For Lunch you can eat soup,porridge,and vegetables. For Supper you might want to eat some meat or fish with some vegetables or pasta or maybe porridge. There are snacks in the middle of two meals. If you want a snack try some fruits, maybe nuts.
You should also do exercise. There are four types of exercise: aerobic, anaerobic ,flexibility and balance. Aerobic is spinning, running, swimming, walking, hiking, dancing. Anaerobic exercise are weight lifting,sprints and more. Balance exercises are heel-to-toe walking, standing on one foot practicing tai chi poses. Flexibility exercises are stretching various parts of the body, doing yoga.
Getting enough sleep is also very important. Children should get 11 hours hours of sleep, as well as adults should have 9 hours of sleep. Kids from the age of 10 and till 12 years old should go to sleep at 9 pm or 10 pm to get enough sleep.
For a Healthy Lifestyle you shouldn’t be sad. You should smile and be happy that you exist, that you live in a country where there is no armed conflicts, that you learn in the best school in Moldova! If you are bullying just try to avoid the bully and just say in your mind that the bully is a bad person that can’t live without bullying someone. Be happy. It isn’t that hard :)
