  1. Spend time with your family. Spend time with your closest people, without glancing at the television or computer screen, enjoy every moment you have with them.

  2. Spend the day outside, hiking on a nearby trail or chill on a hammock. Enjoy the warm summer days outside alone, or with friends. Try to keep an eye out for the sunset, or even stargaze.

  3. Take time to read a new book. A new book can always brighten up one’s mood.

  4. Consider yourself a tourist in your own city. Take a bicycle tour or even walk. You never know you might find hidden gems in your town.

  5. Enjoy a picnic. Make your own sandwiches and bake a cake. Food brings people together.

  6. Pay a visit to an aquarium or the zoo. Seeing the animals can be a fun and nostalgic

  7. Start learning a new language.

  8. Learn a new skill — something you've been wanting to do for a long time.

  9. Participate in a new culture by attending a street festival - eat new foods, meet new people, and learn more about a life other than our own!

  10. Organize a movie marathon with your friends.
