My goal is to prepare students for the demands and challenges of the fast-paced business environment outside the walls of our school.

In the 2023-2024 school year I will have the opportunity to teach the following courses: Accounting, Career Planning, and Personal Finance. My Philosophy of Education

Knowing that children come from very diverse backgrounds, I know how important it is to recognize these differences and to be sensitive to them. I believe you need to take the child where he or she is and begin at that point. I know there are many ability levels to be found within any classroom. However, the mark of a good teacher is to adapt to this in order to challenge all children so that everyone will receive a quality education. In order to run an effective classroom it is necessary to keep students challenged, but at the same time not frustrate them.

My basic philosophy of education is that we are here for the children and our goal is to expose them to as much of the curriculum as possible so that each can obtain a reasonable level of success and progress. Character education as well as academic education is an ongoing process and you must take it one day at a time. The most rewarding aspect of education for me is knowing that I have an impact on the child’s life, and that my students will carry the things that I have exposed them to for the rest of their lives.
