I am the Literacy Instructional Effectiveness Facilitator, and I am honored to support our teachers and students in achieving literacy excellence. With 17 years of experience in education, I have served as a classroom teacher, Early Intervention Program (EIP) teacher, and literacy coach. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a passion for strengthening instruction, building teacher capacity, and fostering student success. I am committed to collaborating with educators through coaching, professional learning, and data-driven instructional practices to ensure every student develops the literacy skills needed to thrive.
