Welcome to Honors English and Directed Study! I've been teaching English Language Arts for 26 years, and this is my fourth year as a Union Grove Wolverine. Both of my children graduated from Union Grove High School, and my husband is a teacher at Timber Ridge Elementary, so we feel very connected to the Wolverine community.

I have a BA in English from Presbyterian College and an MEd from the University of Georgia. Prior to transferring to Union Grove, I taught at Locust Grove High School.  I have also worked for the SC Department of Juvenile Justice Schools, Clayton County Schools, and Georgia Cyber Academy.
