As 1 of 3 founding members of Henrico’s division-wide ESports program, Fairfield is the powerhouse of E-Sports innovation, boasting multiple titles including Winter Cup and Smash Into Summer championships—alongside the reigning individual county Smash Champion! Beyond the trophies, our program is a student-led engine for Collaboration and Character, where Falcons organized the first-ever student-run intra-sachool Mario Kart tournament. Our champions are also community leaders, frequently lending their tech expertise to support e-sports at our feeder schools and running the high-energy gaming stations at events like Fall Fest at Cornerstone Farm and Mario with Mom. By blending competitive play with event management, we are proving that at Fairfield, gaming is a pathway to mastering the Durable Skills needed for the future.
