Stage Band(Jazz Ensemble)

Course Description

This ensemble is open to students in grades 10-12 by audition only. There are a limited amount of spots for this ensemble and auditions take place in late January/early February. Prior experience playing jazz is encouraged, but not required! We perform a wide variety of jazz music, perform at school events and concerts, and perform concerts outside of the school as well.

Prerequisites

Prior experience playing instrument, either in band or in another performance setting.
