Program

Serving students in TK - 5th grades. One application per student MUST be completed for EACH program you would like your child to participate.

Please review ALL choices before making a selection to pre-register your students for activities!


FREE: Summer Academic & Enrichment:

Submissions processed after Friday, May 6, 2022 will be placed on a wait list and parents will be notified when there is availability.


The B4 the Bell Before School Program operates five days a week (Monday - Friday) at each school site starting at 6:00 AM until the regular school day begins. Parents/guardians have a choice of predetermined times to drop off their student at a designated location at the school site. Students will engage in morning activities which are inclusive of, but not limited to the following: Homework Help, Academic Enrichment, Mindfulness, Self Management, Social and Self Awareness Activities, Relationship Skill Building, and Responsible Decision Making. Parents/guardians may complete an application to have their student attend any of the five days. An application must be completed per student.

2021-2022 CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR

THIS IS NOT PRE REGISTRATION FOR 2022-2023!

The SAFE & ZONE After School Program operates five days a week (Monday - Friday) at each site. The program begins right after school until 6:00 pm. Students will engage in homework support, academic and recreational enrichment, in addition to receiving a nutritious snack or supper prior to their dismissal time. Students must attend five days a week to be eligible, and parents/guardians have a choice to pick up their students at 5:00, 5:30, or 6:00 pm. An application must be completed per student.

The FREE Champs Recreational Enrichment Expanded Learning Opportunity Program operates three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and, Thursday) at each site. Parents/guardians have a choice to sign up their students for more than one enrichment activity which will allow students to participate one, two, or three, days a week. Some students will be required to take a bus from their home school to another school within the school district. Dismissal will vary at each school site depending on when the bus returns to the home school. Recreational enrichment activities are inclusive of, but not limited to the following: Soccer, Volleyball, Band, Strings, and Dance. An application must be completed per student.

CHAMPS Enrichment is no longer taking registration for the 2021-2022 school year.

The Scholarly Minds Academic Enrichment Program will operate five days a week (Monday-Friday) at select school sites for the remainder of the 2021-2022 school year. Students can participate at minimum one to five days a week up to ninety minutes after the regular school day dismissal. Students will receive daily encouragement to complete daily goals in English Language Arts with a focus on the mechanics of reading, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension. The daily math goals that are provided will deepen conceptual understanding which will support mathematical understanding towards higher level mathematics. Parents/guardians, teachers, middle school counselors, and school site administrators may complete a student referral for entry into the program.
