I want to thank you for your continued support and involvement in your child’s education—it plays a vital role in their success, and we are truly grateful.

For those of you who are new to Bellaire, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself. This is my 23rd year in education and my 15th year in HEB ISD. I am honored to be starting my sixth year as the principal of Bellaire Elementary. Prior to becoming a principal, I served as an ESL and bilingual teacher and Language Arts Instructional Content Leader. I then transitioned into school administration, serving a total of 10 years as an Assistant Principal—five years in Arlington ISD and five years at Shady Oaks Elementary. These experiences have shaped my passion for instructional leadership, building strong relationships, and creating a supportive learning environment where students and staff can thrive. 

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Midwestern State University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies with an Emphasis in Dual Language from the University of Texas at Arlington.

As principal, my top priority is to ensure that every student feels loved, safe, and valued every single day. I strongly believe that student success begins with strong, trusting relationships. At Bellaire, our staff is deeply committed to creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment where students can thrive both academically and emotionally.

In closing, please know that our team is here to support your child in every way possible. No matter what, your child will know they are loved, supported, and cared for each day they walk through our doors. We are excited for all that this school year will bring and look forward to partnering with you to make it an amazing year.
