Students may not enroll in Credit Advancement during the same session as a a Credit Recovery course. The student will be dropped from Credit Advancement and will lose their registration fee.

Except for Advanced Academic Geometry, this will be held in person at Central Junior High.

Tuition & Fees:
One time $35.00 Registration Fee (Non-Refundable)
$125.00 per course per semester for HEB ISD district residents.
Parts A and B of a course are considered two courses.
Refunds:
There will be NO REFUND of the registration fee. Any tuition refund will be mailed directly to parents on the basis of the following:
50% tuition refund the first two days, with NO REFUND thereafter.

Any questions about course selections should be discussed with your home campus counselor before registering.
Advancement courses are self paced. Teachers will be available between 8AM-1PM to reply to emails. Teachers will also host a daily 1 hour Google meet that students have the option to attend for assistance.

Students enrolling in English 4 must enroll in Parts A and B and pay for two courses.
Adv. Ac. Geometry A (Completed 9th) Adv. Ac. Geometry B ( Completed 9th)
Adv. Ac. Geometry requires 85% avg. or higher for Alg. 1A and
Alg. 1B and earned Masters on the Algebra EOC exam.
Any student not meeting the requirements will be dropped from the course. This is not for students that have already attempted the course. Students which have already attempted Geometry must register for the Credit Recovery course.
Students enrolling in Advanced Academic Geometry must enroll in Parts A and B and pay for two courses. This course is in person at Central Junior High. Classes are 8:00am-1:30pm Monday -Friday.
Transportation will not be provided.
Students may take one Credit Advancement course per semester.
Parts A and B are considered two separate courses and must pay for 2 courses.
Students may not enroll in Credit Advancement AND a Credit Recovery course at the same time. Student will be dropped from the Credit Advancement course.
Student can complete assignments at any time. Unit Tests must be unlocked by the teacher and completed between the hours of 8:30am and 2:00pm.

Academic Integrity
Edgenuity can and will detect use of AI or other forms of technology used while interacting with a course. Use of AI or other forms of technology to complete course material will result in the student having to redo the material or being dismissed from the course with no credit. If flagged for possible AI, teachers will evaluate the session log to determine if AI was used to complete course work. The Summer School Coordinator will have final decision over whether a student has used AI or another form of technology to complete course work.
Classes will begin to become available June 7th for those beginning on June 8th and June 21st for those beginning on June 22nd.
Teachers will begin contacting students June 6th/7th and June 20th/21st.
You will receive an email confirming the course(s) selected along with a link for online payment. The payment site is not yet active. Once active you will receive an email confirming the course(s) selected along with a link for online payment. Every student must register. If you register and pay online you do not need to attend in person registration.
All parts of registration must be completed by 2:00 PM June 4th. Registration and tuition are to be paid IN FULL online or in person at registration. (Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards accepted)
Credits:
All coursework will be completed virtually. Students must complete 100% of coursework and earn a grade of 70% or higher. Numeric grades will be awarded.
Each course will require a minimum of 4-5 hours of work per day in order to complete it by 1:00 p.m. on the last day of class.
Due to the limited time during summer school there will be no time extensions granted. Teachers do not have the ability to extend time to students.
