Students may not register for a credit recovery course during Semester 1 if attending in-person EOC Summer School.
You will receive an email confirming the course(s) selected along with a link for online payment. If you do not receive an email check your spam/junk folder. Every student must complete a registration form. Your counselor does not register you. If you register and pay online, you do not need to attend in person registration.

All parts of registration must be completed by June 4th @ 2 p.m. for any classes beginning June 8th and by 2:00 p. m. and June 18th for any classes beginning June 22nd. Any delay in payment could delay the student beginning their online course on the first day. No time extension will be given due to late payment or late start resulting from late payment.
Registration and tuition are to be paid online or in person at registration.
(Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards accepted. Cash, check and money order will also
be accepted in person. )
Tuition & Fees:
One time $35.00 Registration Fee (Non-Refundable)
$125.00 per course per semester for HEB ISD district residents.
Need based financial assistance may be available. You must request a referral from your student's counselor (Request Form). This referral form must be submitted with your application. (Gil Application). Counselors will be available through June 3rd. The deadline to apply is 12:00pm June 4th. If a family has used summer school assistance (Gil Foundation) for a student once before, they are NOT eligible to apply again for the same student.
This deadline is set by the Gil Foundation, not HEB.
Refunds:
There will be NO REFUND of the registration fee. Any tuition refund will be mailed directly to parents on the basis of the following: 50% tuition refund the first two days, with NO REFUND thereafter.

All coursework will be completed virtually. All courses will use the Edgenuity program. Students must complete 100% of the coursework and earn a grade of 70% or higher to earn credit.
Each course will require a minimum of 3-4 hours of work per day to complete it by 1:00 p.m. CST. on the last day of class. No additional time will be provided.
If you are attempting two courses that will require 6-8 hours of work per day.
No additional time will be provided after 1:00 p.m. on the last day of class. Teachers do not have the ability to extend the time to complete a course(s).
Students taking courses in which they have had prior instruction may earn a maximum of 2 credits in the summer school program.
Each course is a one semester course.
Students may take 2 courses per semester.
Parts A & B are considered two courses.
Credits will be awarded as Pass/Fail/or No Credit
