About Me

This is my second official year at Trinity High School. I am one of three Licensed Athletic Trainers on-campus that provide emergency, preventative, and rehabilitative medical care to our Trojan Student Athletes in order to keep them competing at the highest levels. 

I teach Anatomy & Physiology where students learn about the complex processes and the various systems that make up the human body. 

I graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a Minor in History from The University of North Texas in 2019, and a M.S. in Athletic Training from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2023. I interned at Trinity High School before working here full-time. Prior to joining the Sports Medicine and Science staff at Trinity, I served in the United States Army for ten years as an Airborne Infantryman.
