Hello! My name is Michael Alonzo and I am currently in my 10th year of teaching and 9th year of coaching Junior High. I spent my previous nine years in Richardson and Irving ISD. This is my first year at Central Junior High! I have previously taught 7th grade math, 7th Texas History and 8th grade U.S. History, as well as coached football, basketball, and soccer.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2000.

I have been married for 12 years to my wonderful wife, Jessica, and we have two beautiful children, Makayla and Brayden, and two dogs.
