To be eligible for this scholarship, students must currently be enrolled in high school in Jefferson, Lewis or St. Lawrence Counties or at Pulaski Academy or Sandy Creek Central school. They must attend a trade school or an accredited college or university in the Fall of 2022 and complete the application on the NNY Community Foundation’s website.

This scholarship is given to a high school senior who has a GPA of at least 2.7 and intends to be admitted into a 2 or 4 year college. An essay is required.

We have received information from the Hermon-Dekalb Alumni Association regarding their annual scholarships. This year, they will be awarding FOUR (4) scholarships of $500 each to Hermon-Dekalb seniors that are graduating in June of 2022. To qualify, the graduate must attend college and must complete the attached application. This scholarship is given to a high school senior who has a GPA of 85 or better during their high school career and must be attending college for a construction-related major. A 100 word essay on future plans, objectives and/or employment in the construction or related industry must be completed. You must also have 3 letters of reference and your high school transcript.

This scholarship is available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any post secondary institution. It is based on an essay.

Students must be collegebound with a GPA of 85 or above and provide the scholarship committee with proof of enrollment at the college/university named on your application.

The PB&J Scholarship is for students who have experienced personal challenges that may not have allowed them to perform well academically, but who still have the drive to succeed.

Examples include medical issues, peer issues (bullying, change of school, etc.), and family issues (divorce, death, lack of income, etc). Applicants will be evaluated based on their essay and letters of recommendation; there is no GPA requirement.
