When is the trip?
February 8-12, 2027.
How often is this field trip?
Every other year. This way, students have an opportunity to go one of the years they are enrolled at HMS.
Is there a maximum number of students for this trip?
45 students.
Are parents allowed on the field trip?
If 45 students do not sign up for the trips, those open spots would then be available for parents.
If a parent is allowed to go, how much do they pay?
If a parent is allowed to go, they would pay the same price the students pay, and would be a paid participant. Parents would not be considered a chaperone.
How much is the trip?
The final cost for the trip will be determined in the fall when the motorcoach and flight costs are finalized. An estimate cost at this time for everything for the trip is around $2,000 for a quad room, per person.
