My name is Mrs. Lisa Ayer, and I am the assistant principal at Crocker Middle School.  My last name is pronounced, "air". This year begins my 26th in HCSD and my 18th at Crocker. I am thrilled to be able to connect with all of our Crocker Vikings in my role as AP. I am also a parent of a 9th-grader at Hillsdale HS. Middle school is a time of big changes for our students; I hope to work together with students, staff, and families to support all learners.  Crocker's theme this year really resonates with me, and I will do all I can to help our students and staff embrace it.
