Welcome to the RMS Band Page! My name is Kelly Saunders and I am the band director at Rugby Middle School! This is my third year at RMS and I am very excited to be a part of this wonderful school community. More detailed information about each grade level can be found in the tabs at the top of the site. Statement of Purpose
The purpose of the Rugby Middle School Band Program is to provide students with musical opportunities and experiences, which will enhance their life and education. Students will learn how to work together towards a common goal through discovery and creation of music.
Learning Environment
The Rugby Middle School Band Program is a community of students who learn in a positive and supportive environment. Members of the RMS Band Program take pride in themselves, their school, and the music program. Students use every opportunity to be role models for their peers.
