Plan Updates

HCPC takes over as consultant and works with the comprehensive plan committee to determine the best path forward. This has involved going through all of the material provided by a previous consultant, reading through chapters that have been partially drafted, helping establish clear responsibilities for the committee and the consultant, and planning for public engagement events.
