Welcome to Graphic Design & Illustration I, II, and Practicum at Harlingen High School South! Careers in graphic design and illustration span all aspects of the advertising and visual communications industries. In these courses, students will develop technical knowledge and skills needed for success in the Arts, Audio/Video Technology, and Communications Career Cluster. Instruction is delivered through lab-based classroom experiences and career preparation opportunities.

2nd Period: Graphic Design & Illustration-II (Rm. 601 at South campus)
3rd Period: Lunch & Teacher's Conference (12:08-12:58)
4th-5th Periods: Graphic Design & Illustration Practicum (at the MACA)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:15 PM - 4:45 PM or by appointment.

It is a great honor and privilege to teach and learn alongside so many bright and creative scholars at Harlingen High School South! I have taught graphic design and digital media skills since 2015, drawing upon my many years of experience in the Graphic Design industry. I recently earned my National Board Certification and remain deeply committed to fostering a safe environment where every student can reach their full potential and unleash their creativity. My mission is to support and help every student develop both technical and soft skills, and to sharpen their critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
