The purpose of the HP Band Boosters is to:

I. Promote and encourage community support of the Hazel Park High School Bands. 

II. Provide financial assistance and services for those things over and above that which is provided by the Hazel Park School Board as approved by the organization.

III. Serve as means of communication to keep parents of band members informed as to the activities and projects of the bands as well as to promote good fellowship and social contact among all those who maintain interest in the band program.

IV. To make all plans and carry out fundraising support of approved activities and projects.

V. Aid in improvement of the Band Program through a better understanding of the goals and the purpose of the band, and to give moral support whenever possible

VI. Promote a high level of school spirit, responsibility and loyalty in the student body, faculty and the band participants.

VII. Award exemplary accomplishments of wither the bands or individual band members.
