Challenge # 14

  1. Read this book with an adult or click here to listen to the story.
  2. Write a letter to someone you would like to say thank you to. Below is a list of people you could write a letter to. Check out the letter writing page if you need a reminder on how to layout a letter.
  3. Create a Google Doc to write your letter. Share your letter with me on Google Drive.
You will need to make sure you are logged into your GDrive.Name the document: Challenge 14 - [your name]. Save it in your writing folder.


You could write a letter to:

  • A grandparent who might not be alive today. You can thank them for something they taught you.
  • A family or friend who does something to help you (drops of dinner or does your shopping)
  • An adult at school who has helped you with your learning.
  • Someone in your community who has helped you or taught you something.
  • A neighbour who has helped you or cared for you.
  • A family member who looks after you.
