Hello! We are Aldana Alzayed and Talal Alaamer from the senior class of 2020, and we are the Student Council presidents for the academic year of 2019-2020. We are grateful to be given this opportunity which not only requires hard work, but also tests your resilience, patience and responsibility.

Over the past twelve years, we have witnessed many different changes in our school. The major one has got to be the shift from the tiny villa campus in Hajiyat to the bigger newer campus in Hunainiyah. With this shift came the never-ending changes in the principals, teachers, books, rules, curriculum, and even the attitudes of the students.

Being in the center of all these changes has inspired us to want to leave a print in our school, so, for the past twelve years, we’ve both worked hard academically and socially and have tried to be very hands-on in most events and activities that happen in school. We’ve seen the rise and fall of traditions in our school, and have even helped shape some of the greatest and most anticipated annual events that happen in our school.

We hope that our hard work and time spent not only inspires future generations of Hawar students, but also pushes the school to develop enough to sustain all the various and different types of students that join Hawar.
