CDW2017 Line up

Tarkett and Desso have a packed ‘ Reflections’ themed CDW programme, exploring the role colour, texture and spatial planning play in creating workplace harmony and wellbeing.

Multi-talented designer, Kia Utzon-Frank, will be bringing the Reflections theme to life every day, with an intriguing window installation made in collaboration with textile designer Fay McCaul.


Tuesday 23rd May

What’s next? ...Exploring a creative new future for lightingPhilips Lighting CPD (RIBA accredited) - a discussion on the near future where light bulbs and lamps disappear into architectural surfaces (12:30-1:30pm)

The Effect of Colour in the Workplace – a 45-minute presentation from colour expert Pantone followed by refreshments in the showroom (6:00-10:00pm)

Wednesday 24th May

‘Colourful People’ Workshop – explore the personalities and working styles at play in the office with this 45-minute lunchtime workshop followed by refreshments (12:30-2:30pm)

Back by popular demand, Trevor Flynn from Drawing at Work holds an inspiring Creative Drawing Workshop (7:00-11:00pm).

Thursday 25th May

'Designing for Wellbeing in the Workplace' - journalist Katie Treggiden leads an informal discussion on creating workplaces for conflicting modes and needs – with VIP speakers (12:30-1:30pm)

Open Mic – join Tarkett and Desso for a jamming session in the showroom (7:00-11:00pm)
