Using ipad and 3d printer, I created a comb because i wanted to make something that i use on the daily that isnt impossible but is also challenging
During this process, I learned settings for 3d printing.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative desginer because i made something i use everyday.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing what to 3d build. I was able to do it by thinking of what i do at home and making it into a 3d print.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what type of 3d print i do. The reason why I would change it is because i feel like i coulda of done something more useful.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Culinary arts CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in 3d printing because i worked on a 3d print in this project and made it from scratch.
