Thank you for showing an interest in The Classical Magnet School for your child! It was nice chatting with you at the School Choice Fair. We are sending this to you because you provided us with your email expressing a desire to know more about Classical Magnet.

We are a grade 6-12 liberal arts college preparatory school with a wide variety of programs to match your child’s varied interests. We have award-winning drama and music departments, as well as an outstanding art department offering such courses as photography, video production, computer graphics, sculpture, painting, and drawing.

Focusing on the Classics offering philosophy and Latin, in addition to rigorous core curricula in the content areas, we also offer creative writing, rhetoric, and a variety of history courses. Wherever your child wants to go to college, we will help make that come true. Because we implement an extensive and rigorous college prep and liberal arts program, our students are accepted into many highly competitive colleges and universities. We have students accepted into every Ivy League school and currently have students at Yale, Harvard, and Princeton, as well as UCONN and a variety of other schools. We prepare our students so well that they are offered large sums of scholarship money to attend the colleges of their choice.

In addition to our strong academic program, we involve our students in community service events, such as Make a Wish Dinner, food baskets at the holidays, disaster relief collections, community service of leaf raking and snow shoveling, and homeless shelter volunteering.

Be well and have a GREAT week!

Very Sincerely, The Classical Magnet Family
