Thinking about applying through the lottery for your child? Every year we have an additional 11 seats for Kindergarten (or more), which helps your chances of getting accepted! Breakthrough South Kindergarten is a full-day program with a great balance of academics and play-based learning. Our students are able to take Spanish, Art, Music, and Physical Education, as well as Mindfulness! And there is bus transportation available for Gr. K and up!

The Kindergarten school day will be from 8:40 am to 3:50 pm. OPMAD will provide before-care from 7:15 - 8:30 am and after-care from 3:50 - 6:00 pm. Fall OPMAD applications for before an aftercare are attached and also available in the main office. Please see Ms. Liz or Ms. Mayra.

Dress code:

Cobalt blue or white collared shirts with logo.

Black, navy, or khaki bottoms (leggings and sweatpants acceptable for easy access for potty)

• 1 lunchbox

• 1 2-pocket homework folder

• Water labled with name

• 1 change of clothes to stay at school (pants, shirt, socks, underwear)

• 1 pencil pouch (optional)
