Welcome to the West Ranch High School Summer Check-in website.
Please follow the important directions below to complete the process.
Welcome to West Ranch High School!
West Ranch is dedicated to helping your student achieve their academic, personal, and career goals. Your student's high school experience will be enhanced by their involvement in school activities and feel more connected to their school. I encourage all students to join a club, participate in the arts, or join a team.
The following steps must be completed prior to arriving on campus for Summer Check-In:
Complete OLR (Online Registration) - CLICK HERE
Complete the Online Pre-Registration Process:
Open the SIGNATURE FORM CLICK HERE - go through the form with your student(s) and complete all steps within the form. Once you complete the SIGNATURE FORM, please hit SUBMIT. You will need to complete this process for each student.
Everything in the SIGNATURE FORM needs to be completed before your student's check-in date in order for your student(s) to attend on their Summer Check-in Processing Day. CLICK HERE for the Summer Check-In Processing Day Schedule.
It is required that you bring your Summer Registration Postcard with you in order to attend Summer Check-in. *You will need the postcard to attend Summer Check-In*
Postcards were mailed over the summer to the address we have on file.
If you lost or did not receive your postcard, please contact the WRHS Registrar's Office at (661) 222-1220 ext. 150.
At Summer Check-In, you will:
Have your school picture taken
Download your WRHS DIGITAL ID card. (You must have your digital or physical WRHS ID card with you at all times while on campus and at school activities.)
Have the opportunity to purchase an ASB card, PE clothes, school pictures, and yearbook
Pick up PE clothes
Pick up your class schedule
Pick up textbooks
The first day of school is August 12, 2024. We look forward to a great school year.

If you make any online ASB purchases, please print the West Ranch ASB Order Form and have your student(s) bring it with them to Summer Check-in.
Students will be able to make ASB purchases during their scheduled
Summer Check-in date and time.

These cards will NOT include:
CIF Playoffs, Track League Prelims, or Finals, and will not include Swim League Finals
