Overview
Red Tickets is a Chrome extension developed by the Harri Support Operation Team for internal use within Zendesk's Agent Workspace. This policy explains what data the extension accesses, how it is used, and what is not collected.
Data We Do Not Collect
Red Tickets does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data or user information. Specifically:
No ticket content, subject lines, or message bodies are read or stored
No customer information (names, emails, organizations) is collected
No usage analytics or telemetry are transmitted
No data is sent to any external server or third party
No cookies are created
Data Accessed Locally
To perform its core function, the extension accesses the following data locally within your browser only:
Zendesk organization name — the extension reads the organization name of the currently open ticket to determine whether it matches a configured priority organization (e.g. "Harri" or "McDonald's"). This data is read in-memory only and never stored or transmitted.
Extension settings — the list of target organization names configured by the user is stored in Chrome's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local). This data never leaves the browser.
Permissions Used
Storage: Saves the user-configured list of target organization names locally in the browser.
Scripting: Injects a CSS style tag into the Zendesk Agent Workspace to apply the red left border highlight to matching ticket rows.
Tabs: Detects the active Zendesk Agent Workspace tab to apply the visual highlight.
Host Permission (harrisupport.zendesk.com/*): Scopes the extension's operation strictly to Harri's Zendesk domains only.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer any data to third parties. There is no data to share — the extension operates entirely client-side within your browser.
Data Retention
No data is retained beyond your browser's local extension storage. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored settings.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at the same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
