What are Esports?
Esports are competitive online multiplayer games where students can engage in social and emotional learning and acquire 21st century skills. Students who participate in Esports clubs and classes experience a variety of academic and community benefits, including an increase in GPA and improvement to attendance. Over 200 universities are now offering scholarships and various academic pathways for online competitive gaming.
