Wind Powered Maze
Build a maze with blocks - on a hard surface works best - and try blowing through a straw to move the ball around the maze. Make sure you take breaths between each move!
Tilting Maze
If you have you have a large Lego sheet snap some Lego on to it and see if you can make a maze for a marble. Try tilting and turning the Lego sheet to move the marble through the maze. If you dont have a Lego sheet, ask an adult to help you glue some straws onto a piece of cardboard.
Let's go on a bear hunt! Use this map to find your way to the Bear's Cave. Draw arrows from one box to another to get to each landmark from the book. At the end draw all the arrows ( or steps) you made to get from each landmark. Congratulations you've made a map to get to the bear!
I have made some shapes that I love to see how you could fill.
You can fill them with blocks or Lego. Try to fill them edge to edge as best you can.
My favorite is the vehicle pairs!

How to make your own marker salt art
This is also a fun project to make without the salt. Experiment with different sizes of salt, levels of water and paper types to see what kind of art creations you can make. You can try this same technique of using salt with water color paints, simply sprinkle the salt onto the painting before the paint dries.
Even though our National Parks are closed you can still visit them virtually. During your visit see if you can find the answers in this scavenger hunt. You can check your answers here
